Is your child a pro golfer in the making? Founded in 2013, the Drive Chip & Putt Championship is a free nationwide competition for junior golfers to showcase their skills. Competitors who advance through local, sub-regional, and regional will earn a place in the National Finals. Girls and boys ages 7 to 15 are welcome to compete.

Johnson Nature Center

The Johnson Nature Center rests on 40 acres, complete with a four-acre pond, lush foliage, and a tributary of the Rouge River. The kids love the authentic 1800s homestead, as well as the Center’s resident deer, hawks, and owls.
